Our Senior Pastor, Dr. E.L. Wishart
has been ill.
We will do our best to keep you updated
on his condition.
Update on September 3, 2007

Dear friends,

Each day brings new changes.  As was announced Sunday by Don Johnson, Lenny was planning for surgery Tuesday morning at 8:00.  On Sunday and Monday, every few hours, he would suddenly spike a very high fever and the Drs. were a little confused by that. They have completed all the tests they wanted to do and now are ready to proceed with surgery.   The Drs. are trying to make the wisest choices with the complexity of the situation.  I trust God.  I know He is doing more than we can sometimes see.  God can partner with the Drs. or work in spite of them

So, once again, surgery has been postponed until Wednesday morning, 7:45.  It appears from everything they are doing today, that it is a go this time.

Can I share with you my devotions for today and how very personal and precious God, our creator is to me.  May this be an encouragement to you as we all wait together.  You are loved and treasured by the Wisehart family.

Blessings and peace,

 Joy Wisehart

09-05-07   Report on Pastor's Surgery

Surgery was over sometime around 7:00 PM.  It was a very complicated, complex surgery.  He is not out of the woods yet and the next 24-48 hours are critical for his recovery. The Drs said they were able to accomplish everything they needed to do and say he is doing as well as can be expected. Prayer coverage still must remain on high alert.
There is unusual evidence of God's hand on Lenny and He has been hearing and working in and through all our prayers.  Please don't stop praying.
 Blessings and peace,
 Joy Wisehart

Our next update will be Sunday at church.  I will communicate to you in the future as things progress.  Thank you so much your continual prayer support during this time.  We have felt the Hand of God supporting us.
